The eGames Expo team that has brought you the biggest video games expo in Australia for the past three years is now bringing you Australia’s biggest eSport Tournament.

The eGames Masters is the biggest thing to happen to eSport in Australia for many years and will provide the opportunity for gamers of all standards to participate in State Qualifiers around Australia and online and also during the expo weekend.

With the support of some of the biggest names in Australian eSport including Microsoft, Intel’s Team Immunity, Got Games, Cyber Gamer, Internode and more the eGames Masters will be the highest profile event with the biggest rewards.

You will be able to show your stuff in front of thousands of visitors to eGames and help raise the profile of eSport in Australia.

Our National Qualifying event this year will be the Code Black Counter Strike Source comp sponsored by Western Digital, Intel and Steel Series. State Qualifier details are below with more info posted soon regarding other State locations and online qualifiers also. More importantly we will have more details about the great prizes up for grabs including a big cash prize and fantastic products.

The will be other major tournaments happening at the eGames Masters including Halo ODST, COD4: Modern Warfare and Street Fighter 4 to name a few. You will be able to register at the event and jump into Australia’s biggest eSport tournament.

Sydney

Date: Sunday September 27th Time: 10:00AM

Venue: Beyond Internet Gaming; Lower Ground Floor, 505-523 George Street, Sydney


Melbourne

Date: Sunday October 25th Time: 10:00AM

Venue: IBISQ LAN Cafe, Henry St Hawthorn.


Brisbane

Date: Saturday October 10th Time: 10:00AM

Venue: Elysium Netcafe; First Floor, 279-281 Brunswick Street Mall, Fortitude Valley


CounterStrike Source competitions are 5v5 and all teams must have 5 players.
Team Immunity has received an Invite and will not be required to qualify.

Winning teams from each state and the online qualifier will recieve automatic entry into the finals and return flights to attend the finals, being held in Melbourne at the eGames expo. Runners up will be given an invitation to participate in the finals.

Entry into each qualifier costs $150 per team.
